a good stay near the heart

transport connections to the city center were simple. the staff members were helpful. i liked how they addressed any questions i had.. they seemed prepared for anything.
The in-room wifi required an extra fee. I found this quite unusual in this day and age.

the staff greeted every guest with warm smiles and seemed very accommodating to any need. they willingly offered travel advice with maps showing key locations. it fostered a positive atmosphere throughout my visit to the hotel.

the reception team was super nice i found them eager to help the room i stayed in and its bathroom were quite big the hotel's location proved great too a supermarket and stores were just across the street plus a subway station nearby. the air conditioning in my room worked really well too. it was a relief to have it especially during warmer days
the shower wasn't great the sprayers weren't working well the temperature was consistent though i had to return the key before leaving each day i didn't have to show proof to get the key back later this made me uneasy. housekeeping entered my room three times without announcing it once i was changing this.

an okay stay
lovely receptiongood locationold hotel
the reception team was lovely, they were helpful and kind. i found the location good, near an underground station. the breakfast had some good options.
The hotel felt old, it showed in places. i could also hear noise from the bathroom pipes. It was very noisy.

The location is quite convenient. Tram lines are easily accessible.. they are right outside the hotel. The air conditioning was central and ducted.
The physical key had to be returned each time I left, but there was no verification of my identity when I collected it.

underwhelming and outdated stay
old furniturestrange smell
the room felt really dated. the furniture looked old and worn. the bathroom needed serious work. there was also a strange smell like old smoke that lingered throughout my stay. it definetly effected my experience.
